Who can rent our Jet Cars?
1. Any motorized boat operator born on or after January 1, 1988, operating a boat of 10 hp or more is required by Florida law to pass a boater safety course and to carry a boater education card. Everyone must have passed in order to get on any Jetcar.
2.Must be 21+ years old or older to operate or be a passenger in our Jet Cars
3. All operators and passengers must sign our liability wavier upon booking.
4. Must have a basic understanding of the English language.
